"Mother's Love, Mother's Love, the women's fret and the ladies pet..." Traditional. As sung by Louis Fist.
I had a knack for bringing in talent-talk about American Idol again (Kim was meaner ha! ha!)-yeah, all my friends. Laurie Bell of the Orchids was my first girl Debbi's sister from Long Island, who quickly came on board. Gail Lopata my next lady gal co-mingled, sang demos and records (Snake Document Masquerade), and did live shows. The ingenious Gary Pickus arranger and co-author was another Long Islander (slash) Disco Duck-walk Maniac discovery of mine Kim was pleased to add to the mix-(he penned many Orchids tunes as well) My best friend Nick Athas hustled for Kim and did promo and Louis Gregory Baskerville Wanzo Fist the Third (all his alias) my towering buddy from Western Ave. collected money for Bad Boy Music (yeah Kim owned that publishing name first) and was on board for security purposes. As Sly sang: "It's a family affair..."
